We are looking for experienced bankers who are ready for the next stage of their career and interested in moving into an entrepreneurial set-up with close client relationships.

  • Maintaining and further developing your existing client base
  • Acquiring new clients through your personal network and prospective leads
  • Advising existing and new clients on all aspects of their financial needs, including international wealth structuring, lending, asset management, and investment advisory
  • Developing and implementing customized solutions with the support of internal and external specialists
  • Maintaining a broad network within the financial industry
  • Client-facing role
  • Proven ability to acquire and develop relationships with clients holding CHF 1 million+ in assets
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss private banking and regulatory framework
  • Clear business plan highlighting the strength of existing client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-directed and driven personality
  • A very strong cross-assets investments team to help and to assist you and your clients
